Buffalo Veat Wings

Serves 4
    1 packet Veat Chicken Flavor Bites, freshly ground black pepper, salt (if desired), 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 tbsp butter or margarine, 2tbsp Lousiana brand hot sauce or tabasco sauce, 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar.

Sprinkle the ground black pepper onto Veat Bites. Heat the oil over high heat in a deep skillet, Dutch oven or deep-fat fryer until they are golden and crisp, stirring or shaking occasionally. When done, remove them to drain on paper towels. Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, add the hot sauce and vinegar. Stir well and remove from the flame immediately. Place the Veat Bites on a warm serving platter, pour the sauce on top and serve.
