Puff Paratha with Ice Cream and Fruits

Serves 2
    2 pcs Kawan Paratha, 1 ripe banana - sliced, 1 apple - cubed, 1 apricot - cubes, 4 strawberries, 1 tbs crushed peanuts, ice cream (flavour of your choice), Chocolate Syrup

Bake Paratha in a preheated oven at 190° C for 10 minutes or until the Paratha puffs up and turns golden brown. Remove Paratha and place on a plate. Top the Paratha with a scoop of ice cream. Add bananas, apricots, apples & strawberries. Garnish with crushed peanuts and finally drizzle with chocolate syrup.
