Minced Chicken Burrito

Serves 4
    2 pcs Kawan Paratha, 1/2 Onion - chopped, 2 Cloves Garlic, 50g Button Mushrooms - sliced, 200g Chicken - minced, 50g Corn Kernels, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - grated, 100g Taco Sauce, 10g Taco Seasoning mix, 2 tbs Cooking Oil, salt to taste, pepper to taste.

Pan-fry Paratha according to instructions on packaging until it turns golden brown on both sides. Place Paratha on a flat plate. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add minced chicken and mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked. Add corn-kernels, taco seasoning mix and taco sauce and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly on top of each Paratha. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and roll the Parathas individually as a wrap.
